Update 8 Children’s Referendum Challenge
As you are aware, we recently received 18 substantial lever arch files of Discovery from the Chief State Solicitor’s office. We have also received a vast amount of Freedom of Information documentation. All of this information has had to be reviewed page by page and has had to be photocopied many times and will have to be copied again prior to the hearing. ,,,,”
To ensure that all of this would be studied thoroughly we authorised some of the funds to get extra help to go through all of paperwork. It puts a strain on the funds for bringing the expert witnesses to Dublin for the heating but had to be done because it can be a tactic to delay documentation and then give so much that it is hard to extract the incriminating information in the time left.
Remember that everyone is welcome to attend any or all of the hearing. I will keep everyone posted on the dates in court. At the moment we know that the first day will be April 16th. Presumablu it will carry on to the 17th and 18th that week. The estimate is 6 court days to hear the double case may be a low??? The case name is Joanne Jordan v The Minister for Children or simply Joanne Jordan Referendum Challenge.
The main thing now is to let people know it is coming up and to support the case in anyway possible…. financially, with ideas, research, typing, etc and especially prayers. And thank you so much for all the support already recieved, it has been critical to bringing the case to court. Please let others know it is coming up, that it is about our sovereign right to fair and free referenda and in relation to the specific childrens rights referenda it is about establishing that the result was not “safe” and therefore not valid.
I think it is appropriate in this context appropriate to include the link below one of the aspects of “children’s rights” in the UK. I must warn you though that as a mother I found the video distressing.
